CREW-St. Louis Extends A Warm Welcome To Our Newest Members

 
Angela Zimmerly, Associate Director, CBRE: Angela oversees 6+ million square feet of commercial real estate management and manages a team in CBRE's Clayton office.  She hopes to engage in networking, attain professional development and gain industry knowledge through her membership with CREW-St. Louis.

Anna Ives, Managing Partner, Patterhn Ives: Anna is a partner with 2 others, Eric Hoffman and Tony Patterson for Patterhn Ives, LLC, an award-winning St. Louis-based architecture practice.  As a firm strategy, they limit concurrent projects such that they may remain wholly dedicated to each and every project for its full duration.   Anna is looking forward to networking opportunities through her membership with CREW-St. Louis.

Lynda Lieberman, Senior Manager, UHY Advisors: In her role at UHY, Lynda works with clients whose assets/holdings include commercial real estate both as a CPA and as a valuator.  She works with income stream, balance sheet, and leverage effects to provide value for her clients. Through her membership with CREW-St. Louis, she is looking to expand contacts in the industry, serve on committees, and share industry knowledge.

Niki Chapman, Assistant Property Manager, Netrality Properties: In her role with Netrality Properties, Niki puts together all vendor contracts, work orders, purchase orders and addendums, assists in budgeting and money management, and handles all CAM's and collection balances.  She also processes all payables and ensure they match contracts, sets up new leases, renewals, and amendments for billings, and explains variances with budgets vs. actuals for lending reports.  Through her membership with CREW-St. Louis, she is hoping to gain knowledge from experienced professionals within the organization about different avenues within the real estate community, and sharing her knowledge with respect to the specialized Data Center real estate market.

Libby Toenjes, Transitions & Quality Control Manager in Asset Services, Cushman & Wakefield: Libby currently serves in a group of Transition Coordinators and Lease Administrators who are an extension of property managers.  Her team is responsible for transitioning new properties to the company upon taking over a variety of services, allowing the property managers to focus on tenant relationships, familiarizing themselves with the property, and building relationships with the client immediately upon takeover.  Through her membership in CREW-St. Louis, Libby hopes to make life long connections with women who can help mentor her, and be a part of a supportive network of successful business women, while sharing her knowledge and supporting the network.

Kelly Powell, Manager, CBIZ Valuation Group: Kelly values real property for lending, estate planning, and financial reporting purposes, with assignments including valuation of office, medical office, industrial, retail, residential subdivisions, multi-family, student housing, hospitals, hotels, vacant land, and special-use properties. She also performs fair market rent studies, leasehold analysis, and work with other team members on large multi-location assignments.  Through her membership with CREW-St. Louis she hopes to gain contacts, meet mentors and meet prospective clients.

Deanna Breznenlk, Vice President, US Bancorp Community Development Corporation: Deanna's current role is that of a Senior Asset Manager with a portfolio of 44 properties across multiple states.  Her career allows her to work with developers, owners, management firms, construction firms, as well as other banks.  Her main role is to ensure the owner is maintaining the asset and earning the related tax credits, and requires her to wear many hats and work daily in partnership agreements, accounting, tax, construction documentation, title work, and financial analysis. Through her membership with CREW-St. Louis, she is looking forward to networking, learning, and sharing her knowledge with respect to tax credits and banking.

Meg Laflin, Senior Financial Analyst, Koch Development: As a senior financial analyst, she supports the KDC Managing Director in performing financial and investment analysis of current portfolio investments and future acquisitions as well as the portfolio consolidation of the Koch Development financial statements. Through her membership with CREW-St. Louis, she hopes to network with industry peers, learn more about commercial real estate, and share her experience with fellow members.

Renee La Bruyere, Director of Business Development, M2 Architecture Studio, LLC: In Renee's role, she works to market her firm and let others know the services that they provide, and to find prospective opportunities for the firm. M2 Architecture Studio is a boutique design firm, defining spaces with vision and care. Through her membership with CREW-St. Louis, Renee looks forward to increasing awareness of her firm, networking and making connections with new people, and referring potential projects to others.

Taylor Hoskins, Client Relations Specialist, CISelect: Taylor's current responsibilities include new business development and inside sales for her company, which is a furniture, flooring and audiovisual dealership.  Through her membership with CREW-St. Louis, Taylor is looking forward to being part of a community that has a passion for the commercial real estate industry.
