CREW-St. Louis Extends A Warm Welcome To Our Newest Members
Christine Ostrowski, Vice President of Finance, Restoration St. Louis: Christine’s responsibilities include all of the financial and strategic planning tasks required to redevelop neighborhoods, including building capital stacks for new projects, refinancing properties, developing new relationships with whom to partner on projects, working with the government to utilize incentives and identifying new properties that can help move our mission forward. Through her membership with CREW, she hopes to develop new relationships within the St. Louis real estate community, to further develop her skills, and to learn from others’ experiences. She also hopes to learn how to become further involved and influential in the organization.
Jennifer Hasamear, Business Development & Marketing Director, Bond Architects: Jennifer’s role with Bond Architects includes supporting Bond’s leaders in all marketing and business development outreach efforts and strategy to continue the firm’s direction for potential new prospects and continued relationships with existing clients, and managing the activities of the Marketing Department, including all details of RFP/RFQ processes including research, the submittal process, the interview process, and follow up and debrief with the client. Through her membership with CREW, Jennifer hopes to continue meeting new people in the industry through participation in CREW events and committees.
Heather Nauss, Business Development Director, Working Spaces: In her role at Working Spaces, a full-service office furniture dealership, Heather is responsible for business development. She looks forward to developing long-term trusted partnerships and relationships through her membership in CREW.
Cheri Ballard, Commercial Account Manager, Tech Electronics: As an Account Manager with Tech Electronics, she works with general and electrical contractors through the construction division. Through her membership with CREW, Cheri would like to help other women develop their books of business, while they, in turn, help her through sharing ideas, connections, community events and opportunities.
Julie Ostrom, Owner/Partner, Gateway City Law LLC: Julie has been a Real Estate Attorney since 2009. Through her work as an attorney, she works in development and leasing of both commercial and residential investment property, and handles commercial leasing transactions for both landlords and tenants, litigation of disputes and municipal matters involving real estate and financing. Through her membership with CREW, she looks forward to networking opportunities, developing new friendships and gaining new perspectives on the commercial real estate industry.
Jennifer Sieve Gontram, Assistant Vice President, US Bancorp Community Development Corporation: In her current role as a Project Manager in USBCDC’s Community Lending Division, she structures, underwrites, negotiates, and closes construction and permanent loans to developers financing affordable workforce housing communities utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity and a variety of soft debt sources. She is also a member of USBCDC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council which develops recommendations to put diversity, equity, and inclusion at the center of the organization’s strategic initiatives. Through her membership with CREW, Jennifer is particularly excited about opportunities to participate on the Member Services committee and finding opportunities to incorporate her DEI work into mentorship/sponsorship of young women in the industry.
Cathy Kelly, Associate, NAI DESCO: Cathy is a Commercial Real Estate Broker, specializing in the leasing and sales functions of commercial properties. Through her membership with CREW, Cathy is interested in contributing to the commercial real estate industry and the larger community. She is also looking forward to sharing client referral opportunities, staying informed about industry trends and being a voice of change within the industry.
