Jennifer Bonzani, Business Development Consultant, SOLitude Lake Management: Jennifer works as a Business Development Consultant, who seeks to provide services for stormwater/retention/detention pond management. Through her membership in CREW, Jennifer looks forward to meeting and networking with members, learning more about the industry, and learning more about CREW’s committee opportunities. She seeks to introduce her company’s offerings to the St. Louis market, and is seeking to make long lasting connections.
Lindsay Conley, Director, BKD, LLP: Lindsay oversees and serves on teams that provide accounting, audit, tax, and consulting services to privately held companies in the commercial real estate space. Lindsay recently moved back to St. Louis after living in Cincinnati for a number of years. She is seeking to network with professional women within the industry, and CREW seems like an ideal fit. She believes CREW will help her to build relationships with other women in this space, and is really looking forward to getting involved to make the most of her membership.
Abigail Kepple, President – Tax Credit Services, Enterprise Bank & Trust: Abby leads the Bank’s strategy to create and manage opportunities related to tax credit programs at both the state and federal levels, including Historic Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and New Markets Tax Credits. Abby and her team are responsible for directing and administering NMTC loans and investments into qualifying businesses and real estate developments throughout Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and Arizona. Through her membership in CREW, Abby looks forward to further developing her network of commercial real estate professionals in St. Louis. In her career, she has found it more rewarding to be able to help connect others than to necessarily gain direct benefit for herself. In the tax credit space, there are many parties involved in transactions and her group plays a part, and oftentimes she has the opportunity to refer business to accountants, attorneys and other professionals in real estate.
Janet Paley, Partner, Fox Architects: Janet’s role consists of project involvement, overseeing interior design and human resources for the firm, project management and business development. Through her membership with CREW, she would like to get more involved in supporting commercial real estate and architectural and interior design professions. She is interested in meeting new people in the industry, expanding her knowledge of the industry, and giving back to the St. Louis community. She would also like to have the opportunity to share her 34 years of experience and knowledge with others in the organization.
Tracy Steinhauser, Project Manager/Project Architect, Paragon Architecture: Tracy serves as an Architect with Paragon Architecture. She has recently moved back to St. Louis after living in California, and looks forward to making local industry connections after having opened the St. Louis Branch for Paragon. She is hopeful that CREW Network will assist her with business development opportunities in St. Louis. She is a natural connector and is excited to see how she can help others get in touch with one another.
Stacia Peterson, Senior Vice President – St. Charles County Market President, Busey Bank: Stacia is engaged in Commercial Real Estate lending in her role with Busey Bank. She has attended CREW events historically, and is excited to get involved on a full time basis. She is excited to make connections within CREW, to create new referral sources and return referral favors, and to become more educated on industry topics.
Laura Musso, Business Development Manager, HBD Construction, Inc.: HBD Construction, Inc is a diverse, full service general contracting and construction management firm, which has extensive experience in senior living, multi-family, historic conversions, retail, office buildings, medical facilities, entertainment and industrial projects. Laura’s responsibilities include generating new business and maintaining client relations, business development, marketing and strategic endeavors. She looks forward to being part of CREW in that it is a strong organization that is known for its education and preparing women to better themselves within the construction industry. She looks forward to staying up to date on industry topics, and making strong connections.
Amanda Payne, Business Development Manager, Horner & Shifrin: Amanda engages in business development for Horner & Shifrin, which is an engineering firm. In her role, she engages in networking at events, building long lasting relationships with prospects and clients, she finds leads and proposals for projects, and she works with the company’s marketing department on completing proposals in a timely manner. Through her membership with CREW-St. Louis, Amanda looks forward to making new contacts and forming new relationships in the industry. She is always willing to let others know about different projects, jobs, and leads in the industry.
Karen Rieken, Environmental Department Manager/Sr. Environmental Engineer, Terracon Consultants, Inc.: In Karen’s role with Terracon Consultants, she performs due diligence services, including but not limited to Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, asbestos surveys, lead based paint surveys, mold surveys, remediation plans, leaking underground storage tank removal, closure and remediation, provides environmental consultant services, and provides support for owners wishing to enroll sites in the State voluntary cleanup program. Through her membership in CREW-St. Louis, she looks forward to making connections with others who see the potential in formerly derelict properties as a way to continue to revitalize the metro area. She also is passionate about engaging young women in the professional arena, which aligns nicely with CREW’s mission.
Stacey Burns, Business Development, NewSpace Business: In her role at NewSpace Business, Stacey is engaged in business development, offering architectural products, custom millwork and furniture for commercial, technology, and higher education sectors. Through her membership with CREW, Stacey looks forward to being actively involved and empowering business women across the St. Louis Metro.
Claire Elbert, Commercial Banking Representative, Commerce Bank: In Claire’s role in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Commerce Bank, Claire conducts annual reviews and loan renewals for the St. Louis office. In addition, she helps to underwrite prospective commercial real estate customers. She also presents her annual reviews and renewals to the executive credit committee, participates in sales calls, and engages in learning more about the commercial real estate loan portfolio at the bank. Through her membership in CREW-St. Louis, Claire hopes to gain more knowledge in commercial real estate, and to broaden her network. She also hopes to gain more leadership skills by working with others, and continuing her communication skills.
Kristyn Newbern, Business Development Manager, SM Wilson & Co.: In Kristyn’s role with SM Wilson & Co., she engages in business development for the company, providing her clients with a complete range of construction services, including pre-construction, construction management, general contracting and design-build for clients in education, healthcare, senior care, retail, commercial, federal/MILCON and industrial markets. Through her membership in CREW-St. Louis, Kristyn looks forward to making new connections in the commercial real estate industry.
