CREW-St. Louis extends a warm welcome to its newest members:
Row Amelung is in Business Development for McCarthy/MC Industrial. She works to maintain and acquire new clients, manage proposals, and build networks in the region and across the nation. Row has been in the CRE industry for 14 years. She is hoping to make new engineering and client connections, and get insights from a heavy industrial perspective.
Molly Mastin is a Director of Marketing for Colliers International. She is responsible for the implementation of the Colliers International brand standards, oversight of the creation and development of marketing-related materials and strategic marketing initiatives. Molly specializes in new business proposals, client presentations, property marketing as well as client and corporate events. Molly has been in the CRE industry for 14 years. She is hoping to learn from other CREW-St. Louis members about their experience and success in the industry.
Amanda Norris is a Lead Architect for Core10 Architecture. She is a licensed architect at a small full-service architecture company. Amanda has been in the CRE industry for 16 years. She has attended a couple CREW-St. Louis non-member events in the past and has found them interesting and enjoyed meeting new people. Amanda is hoping to make new connections and share her knowledge and expertise in the industry.
Nicole Sansone is a Producer for Huntleigh McGhee (HM Risk). She focuses primarily in Commercial Insurance, such as property and casualty insurance. Nicole works as a liaison between current clients and in-office service team to ensure all their needs and expectations are met. She has been in the CRE Industry for 2 years. She is hoping to connect with strong women in the CRE Industry and building longlasting friendships.
Erin Wright is a Project Manager for Rosemann & Associates, P.C. As a Licensed Architect, she has worked for developers as well as a consultant to lenders on a variety of project types including multifamily, commercial, historic and tax credit projects. Erin has been in the CRE Industry for 14 years. She is hoping to meet other women in the CRE Industry to understand the process required to get a project financed and completed.
Alexandra Wouk is a Director of Asset Management at Twain Financial Partners, LLC. As the Director of Asset Management, she leads a team dedicated to the management of a portfolio of tax credit investments and other real estate transactions. Her primary focus is New Market Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Low Income Housing and Property Assessed Clean Energy Financing. Alexandra has been in the CRE Industry for eight years. She is hoping to meet women from different aspects of the CRE Industry who can provide guidance and leadership to one another.
Marissa Curran is a Shareholder at Polsinelli. She works as a Transactional and Regulatory Environmental Attorney for CRE Transactions. Marissa has been in the CRE Industry for nine years. She hopes to connect with women in her field. She knows many environmental and real estate professionals such as engineers, consultants, lawyers and developers. Marissa has provided charitable/civic work that has provided her with the opportunity to create a network of potential donors and sponsors for CREW-St. Louis.
Julie Wilson is the Owner of Relocation Strategies. She provides project management and/or consulting for comprehensive corporate relocation projects, including any and all aspects of relocation. She has been in the CRE Industry for one year. Julie is looking to connect with brokers, bankers, designers, etc. to see how she can help with their relocation needs. She works hard to create a win-win scenario for everyone involved in relocation projects. Julie says, “If it’s not a good deal for everyone, it’s not a good deal.”
