CREW-St. Louis extends a warm welcome to its newest members:

Michael Kozeny is the Vice President of Kozeny-Wagner, Inc. He is a full-service General Contractor that builds commercial and industrial developments in the Metro area. Michael has been in the CRE Industry for 20 years. He is hoping to foster connections in the commercial real estate industry and seeks to continuing educational opportunities through the CREW Network. Michael works closely with multiple stakeholders in the development of projects.
Ammie Minton is the Vice President, Leasing Director for American Commercial Equities Management/Malibu Management. She is an Executive for Commercial Real Estate and Leasing across high-end retail, mixed-use, office, industrial and apartment classes. Ammie is relocating from Los Angeles CREW to CREW-St. Louis. She has met amazing women through her Network at Los Angeles CREW and wants to build those same relationships with the CREW-St. Louis Network. She has contacts with many national brokers who assist commercial investors with repositioning and re-tenanting their assets and with acquisitions and dispositions across the country.
Emily Scott, JD, is a Partner at Scott & Fiello Schwartz, LLC.  Her law office handles real estate transactions, as well as civil issues. Emily is new to the CRE Industry. Before establishing her law practice, she worked with various real estate issues but she is expanding to focus on commercial and residential real estate transactions. Emily’s practice operates out of St. Clair, IL, so she is hoping to connect her clients with professionals in the St. Louis area.
Bobette Everhart-Boal is the Director of Business Development for Christner, Inc. Her primary role is to build relationships that ultimately lead to new business. She feels that a large part of her focus is to build a network of people that help each other to build business through either direct relationships or introductions. Bobette is hoping to meet new people within the CRE industry to network and connect. She can assist clients looking for land, furniture, engineering or construction, etc.
Keri Kozeny is a Business Development Director for Ross & Barruzzini. She is responsible for identifying new business opportunities for the firm while cultivating and maintaining relationships with Ross & Baruzzini’s existing client base. She works closely with the leadership team regarding strategies associated with developing new clients and industry partners. She has been in the CRE Industry for 13 years. She is hoping to partner with firms and build relationships with other professionals in her market.
Caitlin Lawrence is a Graduate Student at Washington University School of Law. She is studying Law at Washington University and plans to practice real estate law after the bar. She wants to make more connections in the CRE Industry, as wells as connect other CREW members with opportunities.
Angela Baer is a Director or G.J. Grewe Brokerage and Development, LLC. She works with national tenants in a broker capacity as well as lease space for clients. Angela works on developments from getting the property under contract, coordinating with the title company and lenders on closings and draw requests, along with coordinating with contractors to ensure projects are moving along. Angela has been in the CRE Industry for 13 years. She wants to meet new women in the industry and work together with the members in CREW-St. Louis.
Cara Weber is the Director of Business Recruitment for the St. Louis Regional Chamber. She is an Economic Developer working to recruit new business/investments to the St. Louis Region. She supports local economic development groups with the retention and expansion of existing business. She is hoping to meet new CRE contacts and to help those in the industry find the connections needed to support new investment in St. Louis.
