CREW-St. Louis extends a warm welcome to its newest members:

Caroline Leritz is an Associate with Sandberg Phoenix with 2 years of experience. Her responsibilities include commercial contract drafting, review and negotiations, corporate formation and restructuring, commercial real estate transactions and commercial lending transactions. Caroline is excited to expand her network in the St. Louis real estate community and gain leadership experience by serving on a committee. 

Julie Egan is an Associate Vice President- Relationship Manager with Enterprise Bank. She provides financing for owner-occupied real estate and brings 5 years of experience. Julie looks forward to making lasting and meaningful connections with other successful women and referral partners. 

Shawnna Erter is a Vice President of Geotechnical Services with SCI Engineering and brings 19 years of experience in commercial real estate. Her firm provides due diligence services for land development including Geotechnical, Environmental, Natural Resources and Material Testing during construction. Shawnna hopes to increase her industry contacts and use them to help St. Louis continue to grow. 

Alisha Gammon is a Managing Director of Integrity Realty Resources. She is an MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute who has been in commercial real estate appraisal for 15 years. She looks forward to exchanging data from Integra’s local and national database with new CREW contacts. 

Maggie Toman is an Associate with Sandberg Phoenix with 4 years of experience. As a transactional real estate attorney, she represents clients who are buying, selling and developing commercial real estate as well as seeking lending. She is excited to learn more about the St. Louis CRE community and make more female connections. 

Laura Jones is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with RL Jones Properties. She focuses on leasing, lease renewals and meeting other brokers and prospects at networking events. Laura brings 11 years of commercial real estate experience and can’t wait to meet and network with other women in her field. 

Jennifer Laupp is the Corporate Marketing Director of Allegro Management Co., an affiliate of the Love Companies. Her company designs, develops, and manages luxury senior living communities, real estate, and hotels. Jennifer oversees all strategic marketing plans, brand management and campaign execution for multiple luxury brands throughout the U.S. She hopes to network with like-minded individuals and gain further knowledge of our industry and its trends. 

Linda Atkinson is a Director of CBIZ’s commercial real estate valuation group and is responsible for overseeing the real estate valuation team nationally for CBIZ. Linda is a former CREW member and brings 37 years of experience. She is excited to collaborate with other CREW members from different real estate-related professions and help them solves issues for real estate clients. 

Ann Althoff is a Project Executive with Clayco and brings 32 years of experience. In her role, Ann works with Clayco’s Development, Planning and Design-Build teams with a focus on integrated delivery of design-build services for corporate, institutional and community projects. She just finished her term as ULI Board Chair and looks forward to the opportunity to connect with women engaged in real estate in St. Louis. 

Glenda Jehle is a Sales and Business Manager with Designtex. She works with real estate companies, corporate and healthcare facilities to provide interior solutions for their spaces. Glenda has 37 years of experience in the CRE industry and hopes to incorporate her knowledge into the Mentoring Program. 

Ashley Mendez is a Partner and Director of Sales & Marketing at TOC Artwork, a local art consulting firm that provides artwork solutions for the built environment. She primarily works with corporations, healthcare facilities, law firms, banks, hospitality and senior living facilities. Ashley truly believes in the power of a group of strong and successful women and wants to further develop and grow relationships within the CRE industry. 

Kim Caulfield is a Financial Controls Manager with Cushman & Wakefield. She tracks budget, costs, expenditures and commitments for construction projects. Kim has worked in finance throughout her career but is new to the commercial real estate industry. She is energized by the possibilities available to her within CRE and hopes to connect with other motivated professionals in their pursuit of achieving excellence in their field. 

Lindsey Conner is a Marketing Manager with McCarthy Building Companies with 7 years of experience. She is focused on developing collaborative cross-functional teams to deliver customized proposals and sales presentations that highlight McCarthy’s value proposition in a meaningful way. Lindsey wants to build her network from CREW and is seeking professional development opportunities through programming and mentoring. 

Lisa Moehle is an Associate Principal at Lawrence Group who is responsible for building relationships and winning new business. Lisa has 20 years of industry experience and is excited about the networking and personal development provided by CREW. She has been involved in territory development for the Midwest region and hopes to assist fellow members in growing their reach. 

Mary Keesee is an Escrow Officer with Title Partners Agency who closes and disburses commercial real estate transactions. Mary has 30 years of experience and feels that CREW is a great avenue to meet and collaborate with like-minded ladies in the industry. She wants to help other members in any way that she can. 

Jill Starrs is a Partner at UHY LLP with 20 years of experience. She is co-leader of her firm’s real estate industry group and subject matter expert on reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards. Jill is a past CREW member who enjoyed the diverse and top quality programs and events relating to real estate development, trends and leadership. She looks forward to sharing business leads. 

Linda Howery is a Sales Account Executive and Liquidation Specialist at Warehouse of Fixtures. She focuses on the sale of new, used and refurbished office furniture and takes an active role in office furniture liquidations. She has 8 years of experience and is looking to partner with other women in similar industries to build relationships and exchange leads.
