CREW-St. Louis extends a warm welcome to its newest members:


Jennifer Barker is a Real Estate Risk Manager with Commerce Bank. She has eight years of experience and leads a team of real estate experts responsible for offering consultation, establishing value and identifying risks for real estate-secured commercial loans. Jennifer looks forward to building new and meaningful relationships within the real estate community.
 
Cassie Gresco is a Business Development Director with Altman-Charter Company. She has 11 years of experience and focuses on building and maintaining client relationships as well as generating new business opportunities. Not only does Cassie want to broaden her clientele and build strong relationships with future clients, she hopes to provide guidance and direction to fellow CREW-St. Louis members.
 
Stephanie Jeffries is a Project Executive with PARIC Construction with 18 years of industry experience. She is responsible for assisting clients in finding the best space for their project, programming, construction and post-construction work. Stephanie believes that we learn more and are more successful by mentoring, helping each other and sharing information.
 
Jenefer Weirich is a Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending for Bancorp South. She has provided financing for ground-up construction projects, redevelopment, TIC-structured loans and more for properties all over the U.S. Jenefer has eight years of experience and is eager to increase her network of CRE-focused individuals in order to grow her knowledge.
 
Julie Bartch is the President and CEO of Pickett, Ray & Silver, Inc., a civil engineering surveying and land development firm located in St. Charles MO. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Julie hopes to become familiar with the St. Louis commercial real estate market as well as share her experience and contacts in St. Charles County. 
 
Patricia Beckerle is an Associate Attorney with Armstrong Teasdale’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group. She represents developers, investors, financial institutions, utilities, governmental bodies, and other public and private entities in all aspects of real estate transactions. Patricia feels that her membership will help develop connections with others in the industry that will support her practice and benefit her clients.
 
Bianca Hartfelder is the Director of Business Development for NewSpace Business Interiors with four years of industry experience. NewSpace works with general contractors, A&D firms and end users to create a custom-tailored solution for their work space. She is eager to develop meaningful relationships with other women in the St. Louis area who are passionate about and involved in commercial real estate.
 
Angela O’Hanlon is a Property Manager with Netrality Properties and has 25 years of industry experience. She currently manages two data center buildings in downtown St. Louis. Angela looks forward to connecting with other local property managers.
 
Amanda Bradham-Little is the Marketing Director of Pace Properties. She provides marketing for brokers and property managers as well as development and investment projects. Amanda feels that joining a group of powerful women in the CRE world is a perfect learning path and she hopes to use her background in marketing and graphic design to help others in the organization.
 
Katy Rood is a Transition Coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield with three years of experience. She facilitates the seamless transition of new assets into Cushman’s platform within Asset Services by planning and organizing all phases of onboarding newly awarded property management assignments. She looks forward to participating in leadership training and opportunities in order to advance her skills.
 
Lisa Mandel is a Broker Associate with Tower Real Estate Group. She represents clients in both purchasing and leasing commercial property and also works with Tower’s sister company, Renaissance Development, on acquiring property for development. Angela has seven years of experience and was excited to discover that there was a commercial real estate organization for women.
 
Sarah Huelsing is a Transition Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield and is responsible for onboarding newly awarded property management assignments within 10 markets across the country. She has three years of experience and appreciates that CREW-St. Louis is an organization established to help build one another up. Sarah hopes to network and build relationships that enrich her growth in the industry.
 
Michelle Rotherham is an Associate Vice President with CannonDesign and has 12 years of industry experience. She leads Cannon’s Commercial Interior Design practice, serving predominantly national corporate clients. Michelle hopes to learn from business women in the community and create strong bonds with CREW-St. Louis members.

Ellen Diven is a Transaction Coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield. She assists her assigned markets with the onboarding of new and retained assignments that are won by the field and ensures smooth transitions. Ellen has five years of experience and thinks CREW-St. Louis presents a great opportunity to share experiences and knowledge with other members.
 
Clay Arvola is an Assistant Vice President with Lockton. He advocates for his real estate clients and provides insurance benefits, compensation studies and retirement solutions. Clay has 10 years of industry experience and met many CREW-St. Louis members at the Golf Classic. He is interested in learning more about the real estate market and sharing what he’s experienced from helping real estate firms with risk management and employee benefits.
