CREW-St. Louis extends a warm welcome to its newest members:


Katie Chatman is a Property Manager with NAI Desco with nine years of industry experience. Katie is responsible for all aspects of management for more than 250,000 square feet of office, service center and retail space. She is excited about making connections with fellow members and being part of an organization where women support women.

Kory Drury is a Vice President with Risk Consulting Partners. Kory has nine years of industry experience. He works with owners, developers, designers and contactors in the commercial real estate sector to assist them in identifying enterprise and project specific risks and the most cost-effective ways to strategically address those risks. He has always been impressed with the level of expertise available in CREW and the members’ willingness to network.

Peggy Roberts is a Senior Vice President and Equity Partner with HM Risk with 35 years of experience. She insures, provides insurance consulting services and risk management to the real estate industry. Peggy wants to give back to the St. Louis real estate community through mentorship and collaboration.

Peggy Ward is the Director of Marketing & Business Development for 1045 Real Estate, the largest privately held property management firm in the U.S. Peggy and 1045 Real Estate are ramping up their networking across the country and look forward to making mutually beneficial connections.

Nicole Sansone is a Producer with HM Risk. One of her largest clients is a commercial real estate firm and another primarily focuses on multifamily properties. Nicole wants to gain a wider range of expertise in the commercial real estate world and develop a network of strong, capable women.

Ellen Schafer is a Manager of Talent Acquisition with Cushman & Wakefield. She has a team of 15 recruiters in the U.S. and Canada that support Cushman’s Service Line business and have filled approximately 1,600 roles for Cushman in 2019. Ellen hopes to provide value to CREW through job opportunities for others, to be a conduit for business opportunities for Cushman & Wakefield and to further grow her network.

Stephanie Lieber works in Business Development for Color Art. She represents the Installation & Moves and Services divisions and her responsibilities include working with new clients to help with signage, artwork, move management and project management needs. Stephanie wants to develop friendships with new people in the industry to help support others within her network.
