CREW-St. Louis extends a warm welcome to its newest members:

Maggie Grady is the Director of Underwriting for Sugar Creek Capital and has 12 years of experience. She establishes and manages the underwriting process and procedures for analyzing housing developments for the syndication of State Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Maggie also oversees the analysis of the investment's market potential, financial assumptions and overall risk profile, and supervises the underwriting team. She hopes to find industry mentors as well as provide information and connections for women who are interested in the affordable housing field.

Jennifer Bradshaw runs Business Development for Mazzetti, a full-service mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering consultant focused in the healthcare, mission critical, science and technology, and aviation markets. Jennifer has been a CREW member in the past, has seven years of experience, and has always loved the supportive environment and excellent programming that CREW-St. Louis offers. 

Patty Gaus is the Owner of Gaus Acoustics and has eight years of industry experience. She offers acoustic design and noise control consulting and solutions to the commercial design, engineering and construction industries. Patty has already made rich connections as a non-member and looks forward to becoming more involved. Women helping women, especially in a construction environment, supports Gaus Acoustics’ vision of becoming trusted partners in the St. Louis community.

Mollie Olson is the Director, Energy Division Capital Consultants, Inc. Her group specializes in energy auditing of existing buildings and consulting for renovations and new construction projects. CCI can help certify projects to Energy Star, National Green Building Standard, Enterprise Green Communities and LEED Standards. Mollie has nine years of experience and is excited to expand her network and meet individuals who work for firms that might need CCI’s services.

Helen Lee is an Architect with Tao & Lee Associates with 35 years of experience. Tao & Lee is a multidisciplinary office with experience in commercial, residential and education projects. Helen looks forward to networking with more women in real estate and affiliated industries, to support other women in the industry with her knowledge and experiences, and expand her knowledge and interests in real estate and the community.

Keri Pedroli is the Director of Business Development ACI Boland Architects. She has 15 years of experience and is excited to grow her market and network in her region. 

Laurie Wall is the President of Advanced Ergonomic Concepts Inc. who partners with facilities managers and health and safety directors to provide ergonomic products and services to increase ergonomic comfort and safety of employees. Laurie has 25 years of industry experience and hopes to increase her understanding of St. Louis CRE while networking with other professional women. 

Grace Alexander is a Transaction Manager with L3 Corporation. She assists brokers with transactions, tenant and landlord representation, leasing, listing, marketing, prospecting and daily tasks. Grace would like to build relationships with other women in the commercial real estate industry, as well as learn as much as she can and connect with like-minded women. She hopes to gain long-lasting connections with other women in the industry, to join a committee and get involved, and to learn more about the St. Louis market.

Jim Fitzgerald is a Business Development Manager with Kings III Emergency Communications. He works with property managers on reducing risk & liability when it comes to emergency phones for elevators, pools and areas of refuge. Jim wants to develop new relationships within the CRE industry as well as referral partners that he can send his clients to for help in associated industries. 

Jada Jordan is a VP Senior Private Banking Officer with Wells Fargo. Jada provides financing for CRE across the country and has 11 years of industry experience. She chose CREW because of its focus on creating relationships, rather than lead generation. She looks forward to increasing her exposure in the market by meeting other industry professionals. 

Tina Passanise-Emig is the Director of Customer Relations for Royal Papers, a family-owned facility solutions provider. Royal Papers’ products help facilities stay clean, safe and healthy at the lowest possible cost. Tina has 17 years of industry experience and is excited to expand her network and engage with other successful women in the market. She looks forward to attending Dine Arounds and utilizing CREWBiz. 

Chrissy Maurer is an AVP Relationship Manager with Enterprise Bank & Trust. She has five years of experience and is responsible for all of their tax credit investments and loans. Chrissy is excited to meet more people in the industry and learn from their experiences and knowledge. She believes that the more strong, smart, diverse and educated people we surround ourselves with, the better we become.

Emily Sarvies is a Director, Business Development with 4M Building Solutions, a janitorial services provider headquartered in St. Louis that cleans more than 125 million square feet of office, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare and educational space every day. Emily has six years of experience and wants to grow her network and help by connecting others. 

Ann Althoff is a Project Executive with Clayco and has 33 years of industry experience. She works with Clayco's development, planning, design and build teams with a focus on integrated delivery of design-build services for corporate, institutional and community projects. She hopes to continue to grow her relationships with other women in the real estate community and stay engaged locally.
