CREW-St. Louis extends a warm welcome to its newest members:  




Amanda Truemper – Amanda joins CREW with over 20 years of architecture and design experience. She is currently a practicing architect and serves as a Project Manager for Trivers, specializing in Workplace design. Tenant Improvements and Adaptive Re-use projects make up the large majority of her work, and commercial real estate is the driving force behind most of these projects.


Kelly Long – Kelly is a Leasing Associate at The Desco Group. She is responsible for the leasing, development, property management and disposition of a large portfolio of retail, restaurants, office, and vacant land. Kelly loves calligraphy, travelling to see her favorite country artists in concert, and spoiling her twin nieces. Fun Fact – Kelly plays the drums and surprised her husband at their wedding reception by sitting in for a song with the band!


Lisa Richmond is the Principal at Clifton Larson Allen and the leader of the Real Estate industry for the St. Louis office. Lisa has built a strong experience in leading assurance engagements for privately held businesses, specifically focused in real estate and fund accounting. 


Carol Kehoe – Carol joined Commerce Bank in February 2021 as a Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager in the St. louis region. Prior to joining Commerce, Carol worked in Syndicated Leverage Finance for JP Morgan covering the Southeast US. Previous to that, she worked in Capital Markets and Large Corporate for Fifth Third Bank in Charlotte, NC. Her Lev Fin, Cap Markets and Large Corp roles focused on underwriting companies/transactions, as well as relationship management. 


Jessica Keeven – Jessica is a Senior Scientist for SCI Engineering, Inc. She works in the environmental group at SCI, which is a national consulting firm. They provide due-diligence services as part of commercial real estate transactions, as well as perform environmental surveys and assist with project planning for redevelopment of commercial real estate, as well as new development of commercial properties. 


Pamela Kuehling – Pamela is a procurement manager for Cushman & Wakefield. She helps create contracts for services ranging from landscaping to HVAC, electrical services, and products from furniture to construction materials. Pamela is new to the industry and excited to meet all the members!


Michelle Biedermann – Michelle is an Account Executive at CoStar Group. She empowers CRE professionals with the largest database of CRE data in the world to mitigate risk, stay ahead of the market, find more clients while improving revenue and saving time with CoStar. Michelle also assists clients in leasing and selling their listings faster, by promoting their properties to the largest CRE marketplace and network of tenants and investors in the world, on LoopNet.
 

Lisa Viviano – Lisa is a Project Manager for Apex Companies, with over 10 years of experience in the environmental industry and 6 years in the construction finance monitoring world. Currently, Lisa performs due diligence, mold, asbestos, and storm water inspection work. She looks forward to meeting new people in CREW, expanding her knowledge on local trends, and better understanding today’s market in her new position. 


Ashlyn Hoock – Ashlyn is a Marketing Specialist for Servpro Clayton Ladue, and also a licensed realtor with commercial and residential experience. She is looking forward to joining a network, learning and giving back to the CREW organization.


Amy Hughes – Amy is the Co-Owner and Lighting Designer for H2Ltg, LLC. Her firm is an architectural lighting design firm. They provide lighting and lighting control design to the commercial real estate industry. Amy’s role within H2Ltg is to provide architectural lighting design as well as handle the day-to-day responsibilities of owning a business. Their deliverables would include luminaire seletion, luminaire schedules and installation diagrams, lighting control intent or design, LEED calculations that pertain to lighting and lighting control. 


Stephanie Jeffries – Stephanie is a Project Executive for PARIC, a construction manager and general contractor. PARIC works with owners on land deals, tenant deals, developer projects and finding the best opportunity/ land/ space for their projects. Stephanie started at PARIC after 18 years of running her own company, so she understands what an owner expects. She specializes in hospital construction, medical office building leasing and Certificates of Need in both Illinois and Missouri. 


Alec Sorensen is a young entrepreneur who acquired Signature Craft about a year ago, becoming the President of a window treatment installing company. Signature Craft helps control sun and thermal issues in the workplace. They have another arm of the company that manufactures and installs acoustical units (baffles, panels, diffusers, etc.) for the commercial realm.
