CREW-St. Louis extends a warm welcome to its newest members:

Amanda Buchheit is the Director of Design for Engenuity. Amanda is an electrical engineer who designs lighting and power systems for all market types – corporate/commercial, education, retail, hospitality, healthcare, multi-family and municipal projects. She works with architects, owners, developers, and contractors at our firm to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services.

Carrie Gilker is a Commercial Appraiser for WH Heyden & Associates. Carrie has been working as a commercial real estate appraiser since 2003 in the St. Louis area. She appraises all commercial property types and is looking forward to connecting with more women in the industry.

Ellen Diven has worked for Cushman & Wakefield in the Transitions and Quality Control team for 7 years. She specifically helps the markets with the onboard of new assets. While her property managers are onsite, Ellen works on the back end to get everything set up and coordinates all calls and teams working together to ensure a healthy and smooth transition to the C&W platform.

Hannah White works for Schneider Electric as a Program Manager/ Business Development Representative. Schneider Electric is an Energy Services Company who partners with school districts, municipalities, higher education, hospitals, and various other verticals to reinvest utility dollars to fund facility upgrades. Hannah focuses solely on public school districts in Missouri. 

Kaitlynn (Katy) Rood, a St. Louis local and Maryville University graduate, now works in Transition and Quality Control for Cushman & Wakefield. We are thrilled to have another member of the C&W team in CREW!

Kelly Diehl is a Managing Principal at Cushman & Wakefield, providing brokerage, asset management, property management, construction, capital markets, corporate services and more. Kelly is a former CREW member. We are excited to welcome her back!

Stephanie Swanson is a Commercial Appraiser for Authority Appraisals. She appraises proposed and existing commercial real estate (retail, industrial, multi-family, and special use). Stephanie works with lenders, property managers, brokers, and attorneys who need commercial real estate appraisal services. Sounds like she will fit right in at CREW-St. Louis!
