Meet Your New Members
CREW-St. Louis extends a warm welcome to its newest members:
Paige Solomon is a Senior Workplace Consultant at Working Spaces. She works with end users, brokers, the A&D community and contractors to create spaces where people can do their best work. Paige helps clients in corporate, healthcare, municipalities and education from initial concept and budgets to final move-in day. Although Paige is a “new member,” she was a prior board member for CREW-St. Louis. Welcome back, Paige.
Tina Ripple is the Director of Property Management for Intelica CRE. She is responsible for the overall success and daily operations of 3.5 million square feet of commercial space. Tina is hoping to further develop her skills as a leader so that she can support, inspire and motivate her rock star team!
Elizabeth Graff is the Director of Business Development at Ross & Baruzzini. She works on building client relationships for MEP and technology for her firm in the Midwest region, specifically serving higher education, research, healthcare and industrial markets. Elizabeth is looking forward to developing an increased knowledge of industry trends and building relationships with other women in fields related to her engineering firm.
Maggie St. Geme is a Marketing Manager at KDG. She manages marketing and communications across all asset classes for KDG, spanning corporate communications, community marketing, events, media relations, design and brand management. As a member of KDG’s leadership team, she is responsible for the strategy and execution of content collection and creation, digital marketing, partnerships and programming for the firm’s varied audiences.
Brenna Rockwell is a Vice President and Loan Administration Manager for Spirit Bank. She is the assistant to three commercial loan officers and one market president. Her job duties include coordinating with title companies, appraisers, real estate purchases and refinances.
Barbara Hershfelt is the owner of CertaPro Painters of Kirkwood/Ladue. Her focus for 2021 will be building CertaPro Painters presence in the commercial real estate market. Barbara attended a coffee networking group in late February 2020 ready to start networking, but when COVID hit, she had to peel back her efforts. She’s excited for this year and looking forward to being a part of CREW-St. Louis.
Jeanie Brewster is the President and Owner of Certifynow.BIZ for national, federal, city and state certification work for (WBE) women business enterprises/(MBE) minority enterprise businesses. She has 20+ years experience in AEC industries in the Arkansas, Kansas City and St. Louis areas. After being employed by WBENC (national certification entity) Jeanie expanded her certification company to all businesses needing the certification for federal, state and city projects as well.
