June 29, 2022

CREW-St. Louis extends a warm welcome to its newest members:

Cheryl Stoddard, TEI Consulting Engineers

I am the owner of TIE Consulting Engineers. TIE is a Technology Planning & Design firm headquartered in St. Louis. Our mission is to provide education and job opportunities in the fields of Science and Technology to women in the St. Louis region.

Shannon Koberlein, Trileaf Corporation

I am a senior-level commercial real estate, interior design, construction and strategy professional with Trileaf Corp. Trileaf is a nationwide architecture, engineering and environmental consulting firm that partners with clients needing architectural design, engineering and environmental compliance services. Trileaf serves the commercial real estate development, construction and wireless communications industries from our corporate office in St. Louis, as well as 19 branch office locations nationwide. We are a client-focused firm with a strong history of client satisfaction and resulting profitable growth.

Molly Dougherty, Sandberg Phoenix Von Gontard

I am an attorney practicing primarily in real estate transaction, development, commercial lending, construction and other general business transactional areas. My prior experience focused on litigation where I represented property management companies in disputes from nonpayment and eviction to housing discrimination and other compliance issues.

Jackie True, Roanoke Construction

I have worked in construction for 25 years, and I have participated in the CREW-St. Louis Golf Classic in the past. I am looking to connect with more women in this industry. As Director of Estimating and Preconstruction, I work with a variety of professionals including architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Dayna Drennan, Advantage Capital

I work for the Syndications department at Advantage Capital. We specialize in Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments. I particularly do asset management, ensuring the compliance and longevity of our investments.

Patty Ahrens, Ahrens Contracting Inc.

I am the president of Ahrens Contracting Inc., which I founded in 1983, along with the support and contributions of my family. Presently I am a longstanding member of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) and St Louis Archdiocese. I am a widow. I have three children and four grandchildren. And I am passionate about all of these things.

Natalie Howell, Schaeffer Electric

I am so excited for the opportunity to join! I work in the construction side of the real estate industry. I estimate the electrical portion of jobs, with the intent to engage in a project with an owner or general contractor. As an estimator, this side of commercial real estate is so important to highlight and marks as a step in the process of creating a space for commercial real estate. Whether I am bidding a renovation of an existing building/space, or a ground-up build, estimating is an attributable portion of this industry. Outside of being an estimator, I love the outdoors, playing sports, shopping, and giving back to the community.
