Diversity & Inclusion: Cultivating Awareness in the Workplace

CREW was born out of a need to bring more opportunities to women in commercial real estate. Our success is evident when we look around the room at who is seated at the table as deals are done and project teams formed. But our work is not complete. We have discussed the wage gap and disparity in the C-suite. Now we are ready to talk about how to grow our industry through a more diverse workforce.
Join us as we discuss changes in the workplace with a panel led by a moderator with the Diversity Awareness Partnership. We will talk about ideas such as building diversity within our workplaces and ways to encourage minority students to explore careers in commercial real estate. We will address issues concerning our industry and professions as we engage with a panel whose individual missions are to foster a more diverse workforce throughout the region.
