What’s the difference between CREW Network and CREW-St. Louis membership?

CREW-St. Louis is an affiliate organization of CREW Network. As such, your membership in CREW-St. Louis gives you membership in CREW Network. This global Network is comprised of 75+ affiliate organizations with a total membership of more than 11,000 CRE professionals. You receive the best of both worlds through your regional and international presence and network.

While the overall purpose and goals of CREW-St. Louis reflect those of CREW Network, our chapter maintains its own unique structure allowing us to better serve the needs of our local members. CREW-St. Louis uses the CREW Network Qualified Fields of Commercial Real Estate (QFCRE) to guide our membership criteria and experience prerequisite. We determine our own dues, programs and member activities.

How often do you meet? What’s the time commitment for membership?

CREW-St. Louis typically holds a program/event monthly, usually at lunch on the second Tuesday of the month. We also offer numerous other programs/events, including New Member breakfasts, Happy Hours, signature speakers, Annual Awards and more. Check our events calendar to see what is planned!

The old adage applies: You get more when you give more. We encourage members to get involved on a committee to help maximize your membership experience. Committee participation can vary, but each committee normally has a one-hour meeting or conference call once a month.

What is the application process?

Complete the online CREW-St. Louis membership application which requires a non-refundable $50 application fee.
