Q & A with Rebecca Randolph

Rebecca Randolph is Director of Client Relations at Brinkmann Constructors, a national general contractor with offices in St. Louis, Denver and Kansas City. Since 1984, Brinkmann Constructors has completed approximately $4 billion of construction in the senior living, healthcare, multi-family, university housing/academic, and retail markets.
As Director of Client Relations, Rebecca is responsible for aligning company strategic priorities with new project opportunities, growing and expanding relationships, and setting strategy with senior management to develop markets that align with company growth. She received her BA in Communications from the University of Oklahoma.
Q:
When did you decide to get into the commercial real estate industry? Was it always your focus?
A: I have been in the real estate field for more than 25 years working with owners, developers, architects/designers, and now on the construction side.
Q:
What are some of the things you love about your job?
A: First, I love that I work for a great company and with really talented, smart people. Second, I love the variety. Every day is different and I get to interact with a variety of people and clients. I am always learning new things and I am still challenged; even after more than 25 years in this business!
Q:
What is your CREW-St. Louis origin? When did you join? Why did you become a member?
A: I joined CREW to network with other women in my field and help advance women’s roles in the real estate industry.
Q:
What was the first CREW event you attended and what were your impressions?
A: I joined 25+ years ago in Denver, CO, while working for a developer. I enjoyed the professionalism of the organization and the programs were educating and interesting!
Q:
Please name a few of the projects you’ve been involved in, specifically in the St. Louis area that you are proud of.
A: I am a relationship builder so I am very fortunate that I get to be involved with many of the clients and projects that Brinkmann constructs such as the St. Louis County Library Foundation, St. Charles County Emergency Operations Center, Bogey Hills Country Club and The Sheridan Senior Living communities.

Q:
What else would you like your fellow CREW-St. Louis members to know about you?
A: I have two grown daughters, Culver and Casey, and I live in Chesterfield with my husband of more than 30 years, Tim. I love to run early in the morning, which allows me to see beautiful sunrises and practice Bikram Yoga in the evenings to reflect on the day I was given.
