CREW-St. Louis extends a warm welcome to its newest members:

Britanny Burke, Director of Communications, CRG: As CRG’s Director of Communications, Brittany is responsible for managing CRG’s public relations concerning internal and external communications, and business development while sustaining CRG and its parent company Clayco’s reputation for quality, reliability, client/partner satisfaction and brand standards. Through her membership with CREW, Brittany looks forward to gaining inspiration and motivation to continue to take charge of her career, to broadening her knowledge in the commercial real estate industry, to enhancing her network, to developing leadership skills, and to participating in a mentorship program.

Marla Maloney, President of Asset Services for the Americas, Cushman & Wakefield: Marla is a key member of Cushman & Wakefield’s executive management team in the United States, reporting directly to the President and CEO of the Americas. As President of Asset Services, Americas, Marla focused on client care, consistent improvement to the Asset Services operating platform, best-in-class service delivery, and steady growth. She is an active member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Accounts leadership team, focused on providing comprehensive, integrated solutions for key investor clients. In addition, she serves on Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Executive Committee. Marla believes that it is more important than ever to be involved with and support organizations that support women in the industry. She believes that by sharing information, best practices, education and experience, members can help one another develop critical leadership skills and career advancement opportunities. She hopes to build meaningful relationships where communication and development support is provided and the success of women is celebrated. She is passionate about developing young talent and believes that by connecting women, we can positively impact our next generation of leaders.  

Mande Meyer, General Counsel, Accurate Asphalt Paving Co., Inc.: As General Counsel, Mande collaborates with the President and Vice President of the company to set internal policies, and to evaluate and weigh issues, strategies and risks.  Accurate Asphalt Paving Co., Inc. provides multi leveled asphalt maintenance, from pothole repair to total new construction.  The company manages small and large projects efficiently and as desired for property owners and managers.  They handle from start to finish construction including but not limited to ground stabilization, asphalt milling, asphalt overlay, and subsurface drainage problems. In the commercial real estate industry, the company offers a full scope of services: analysis, evaluation,estimating, technical writing, planning, design and construction management.Through her membership with CREW, Mande would like to gain insight from successful women in the real estate field, gaining knowledge and confidence that will assist her development in her field. She believes that the possibilities are endless when valuable relationships are attained.  She believes that whether it comes from feedback on how to better her own practices, or from a new business relationship, that networking among other driven women will be fruitful in more ways than one.

Jennifer Nevil, Senior Associate, Forum Studio: As a Senior Associate and Senior Interior Designer at Forum Studio, Jennifer works on a variety of commercial projects through all phases of design. She works with end users to understand their culture and future needs. This understanding feeds into designing an environment to align an organization’s culture and work patterns. Projects vary by either renovating existing space, finding appropriate lease space or designing newly built space to meet clients’ needs. She works with the client from the initial concept throughout project completion to keep goals aligned. Through her membership with CREW, Jennifer looks forward to expanding her professional network beyond the design community. She admires the success of the chapter and the goal to impact the success of women in their careers. She also hopes to find mentorship as well as offer mentorship within the organization.
