CREW-St. Louis extends a warm welcome to its newest members:

Katie Matthews is an Assistant Project Manager with CRESA. She serves as an owner’s representative and takes her client, whether choosing to own or lease space, from site selection through occupancy and everything in between. Katie wants to develop more professional relationships and learn from her female counterparts.
 
Jennifer Schurmann is an Asset Manager with Affordable Equity Partners. She has 13 years of experience and works with a team to ensure the affordable housing communities within her portfolio are being developed and maintained in accordance with IRS Section 42 regulations. Jennifer enjoys meeting new people and building professional and personal relationships within the community. She looks forward to brainstorming with fellow members and hearing their success stories.
 
Julie Gibbs-Alley is an Environmental Professional with Environmental Operations Inc. She has 11 years of experience and is responsible or performing initial visual site inspections, compiling Environment Site Assessment (ESA) reports, and making recommendations relating to health, safety and environmental concerns for her clients. Julie hopes to gain a strong network of professionals from varying backgrounds and gain knowledge from CREW’s extensive network.
 
Liz Austin is the Vice President of Marketing for Green Street St. Louis with 20 years of industry experience. She leads the company’s marketing efforts, making sure projects, and the organization as a whole, are receiving adequate and positive exposure. She also recruits and manages investors for their diverse portfolio of development projects. Liz is eager to continue to learn, network and grow her business alongside fellow CREW-St. Louis members. 

Michelle Hinton is a Relationship Manager with US Bank who works with real estate investors as well as owner-occupied properties. Michelle has 10 years of experience and wants to grow her personal network of like-minded professionals. In her work with various business owners and real estate investors, she hopes to utilize her CREW network when a customer reaches out with a need or contact. 

Micah Smith is an Assistant Vice President- LIHTC Associate with Sterling Bank. Micah specializes in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) field and manages a $900MM+ portfolios comprised of 200+ real estate projects across the country. She works with developers, investors, general contractors, and property managers on a daily basis and wants to gain more knowledge of each of these industries. She looks forward to meeting great mentors throughout her CREW journey.  

Chantal Block is an Associate with SWT Design. She has 14 years of experience in Civil Engineering site design within a Landscape Architecture design firm. Chantal hopes to meet and strength relationships with women in her industry and looks forward to the opportunity to support other professional women working toward similar goals. 

Hilary Lenzen is an Account Manager with Shaw Contract who provides flooring products to end users throughout the design and real estate community. With 14 years of industry experience, Hilary wants to network across industries outside of her typical customer base with design and architecture firms. She is excited to continue making connections and helping others grow their businesses. 

Caroline Hermeling is a Partner with Husch Blackwell LLP who provides legal services for real estate matters and handles real estate litigation. Caroline has 39 years of industry experience and looks forward to all of the networking opportunities CREW has to offer. 

Kathryn Goetz is a Project Coordinator and Business Development Assistant with Knoebel Construction, Inc. Knoebel is a general contractor that specializes in national retail, restaurant, grocery, and shopping center construction projects. Kathryn wants to expand her knowledge of commercial real estate and networking. She hopes to gain positive, professional relationships that can build into networking for future business opportunities.
